Enlightened Skincare Clinic Policies & Procedures

Booking, Late Arrivals & Cancellations:

  • All first time clients prepay the assessment fee of $125. This prepayment holds and confirms your initial 2 + hour appointment time. If you ‘no-show’ or cancel without rescheduling in the near future, the prepayment fee may become a cancellation fee.
  • Credit card information may be put on file at the time of your first appointment.
  • If a client is running more than 15 minutes late, please call or text us as soon as you know that you will arrive late. We will let you know at that time if you need to reschedule your appointment or if you should come to your appointment. Your appointment may be shortened so we can remain on time for our other clients’ appointments.
  • In most cases and whenever possible, we will ask that you keep your appointment because it may become difficult to rebook your appointment close to your initial appointment day as the schedule books up several weeks in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made by the 48-hour window prior to your appointment. Cancellations made the prior day or the day of an appointment or “no-shows” may be charged a minimum of $75 for a cancellation fee. It is difficult to fill an appointment spot last minute, even when working from a waitlist. For this reason:

Cancellation of Services Fee: $75 or 50% of service price

Payments, Prepayments and Returns:

  • All services, prepayments, retail products, and gratuity are FINAL SALE. Once services have been rendered, payment is due at the time of the completed service.
  • Treatment series and program packages are prepaid and payment is due upon the agreement time before or after treatment is rendered.

Payment For Customized Skincare Products:

  • Your skincare products will be formulated and blended (and shipped when necessary) once payment has been received. We are not able to resell any returned products. We will review individual requests in order to make exceptions to our final sale policy.

Safety Protocols:

  • We maintain a safe and comfortable environment for staff and clients.
  • If either party feels uncomfortable – physically or emotionally – the session may be immediately terminated.
